Care that fits around the person.

Attentive Quality Care is a locally owned and operated, registered NDIS provider built around one principle: Participant First.

Participants, families, guardians and other supports are encouraged to help shape the services delivered, with privacy, dignity and choice treated as everyday responsibilities.

Our services

Five core supports, shaped around each participant’s goals, preferences and everyday life.

01

Daily Living Support

Practical support with personal care, routines, meals, household tasks, appointments and building everyday independence.

02

Community Participation

Support to connect with community activities, groups, volunteering and everyday outings that reflect each participant’s interests and preferences.

03

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Choice-led support that works alongside participants and their existing supports to build skills, routines and confidence at their own pace.

04

Supported Independent Living

Day-to-day support to live more independently at home and in the community, with choice in how the household and supports are arranged.

05

Community Nursing Care

Community nursing support delivered at home and coordinated with the participant’s broader NDIS supports and care team.

Participant first.
Every day.

Support begins with what matters to the participant—their goals, routine, home, preferences and right to make their own decisions.

01

Participant first

The participant stays at the centre of decisions about their care, routines and goals.

02

Honesty

We communicate openly and clearly with participants, families, guardians and other supports.

03

Accountability

We take responsibility for our actions and for delivering support safely and respectfully.

04

Improvement

We keep learning, reviewing and strengthening the way support is delivered.

Clear, collaborative and accountable.

We work closely with participants and the people they choose to involve, keeping decisions, responsibilities and next steps clear.

  1. 01

    Understand

We begin with the participant’s goals, circumstances, routines and preferences.

  2. 02

    Plan together

Participants guide decisions, with family, guardians and other supports involved where appropriate.

  3. 03

    Deliver respectfully

Support follows the participant’s agreed plan, preferences, privacy and right to make decisions.

  4. 04

    Review and adapt

As needs or goals change, we review the approach together and agree on the next step.

Professional experience. Human connection.

A multidisciplinary team bringing experience across nursing, social work, counselling, specialist support coordination and recovery-focused support.

Referrals are welcome from participants, families, advocates, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators and other providers or agencies.

  1. 01Submit referral

Send through the participant’s details, current support needs and relevant background.

  2. 02We review suitability

AQC reviews suitability and whether we’re the right fit. You’re welcome to include a family member, advocate or support coordinator in this conversation.

  3. 03We confirm the next step

If AQC can offer support, we prepare the Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports together. If not, we explain the available alternatives or waitlist.

Within the same week, we arrange a conversation with the participant and anyone they would like involved to understand the request and discuss whether AQC can offer the right support.
